On July 19, the YFC webiste was the subject of the Media Award persented by PECAN at the 12th Annual Celebration of Children at the Forum Auditorium in Harrisburg.  The website was chosen as an extremely user-friendly site that has touched many youth with an interest in the performing arts.

PECAN is the Progressive Education of Children in the Arts Network, Inc.  The annual Celebration of Children showcases young performing and visual artists, chosen to present their talents in vocals, dance, gymnastics, instrumentals, public speaking and the visual arts.
